Refund / Return / Exchange Policy

At SAM ELECTRON, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and services. While we aim for complete customer satisfaction, this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
- Products must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.
- Custom-built, made-to-order, or special engineering/IoT solutions are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective on arrival.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are only approved for:
- Products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Orders cancelled before shipment.
- Incorrect items delivered by us.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (processing times may vary by bank/payment gateway).
- Partial refunds may be issued in cases where returned items show signs of use or damage not caused by us.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable software or digital services.
- Completed engineering projects, consulting services, or IoT integrations.
- Products that have been:
- Used, modified, or tampered with.
- Damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement is not available, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

You may be asked to provide order details, photos, or videos of the product for verification before approval. Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.
6. Company Rights
- SAM ELECTRON reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if products do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- We may deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with normal use.
- In the event of repeated return/refund requests from a customer, we reserve the right to block further transactions or accounts.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Silchar, Assam, India.
